* Fundamentals of Research & Presentation is a history course, but it is much more than “history”. It uses each student’s state history as the subject material to train students in research techniques and “pre-rhetoric” presentation skills.
** There is no prerequisite for Latin 1, and students with a good grasp of English grammar should do well without prior exposure to Latin. It will also help them with their English grammar! However, 7th graders who wish to begin their Latin studies at a slower pace may enroll in Fundamentals of Latin.
